ROA is a Swiss brand of hiking footwear and apparel, founded in 2015 in Geneva. The name is an abbreviation of "Road of Adventures". The brand's team set themselves a task rarely undertaken in the fashion industry: to create technical mountain footwear that also looks flawless in the city.

ROA's design never sacrifices functionality for aesthetics – and vice versa. The footwear is tested in real alpine conditions, but the cut and materials are chosen so that the boots look organic with denim, cargo pants, or even classic trousers. This is the essence of gorpcore aesthetics in its purest form.

ROA materials include Vibram soles for maximum grip, Gore-Tex in waterproof models, and premium nubuck and smooth leather. Every ROA boot is the result of real mountain testing, not just studio design.
