HOW CAN I TRY ON YOUR CLOTHES?

HOW CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?

You can exchange or return purchased items within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" issued on 12th May 1991.

Exchanges and returns are being processed every day from 11:00 am to 09:00 pm. Please note that customer's claim for a refund is processed within three days from the date of return of the specified item.

Items, that are eligible for return under a warranty, must be unused.

Exchange or return is processed only when having a document confirming the fact of purchase (bill of lading) and passport.

Credit for your returned items will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received.

Items that can’t be returned:

  • Intimate products (lingerie, underwear, socks, etc);
  • Technically complex household goods, that have a warranty period (household electronic equipment);
  • Household computing and multiplying equipment; photo and cinema equipment; telephone and fax equipment; electronic toys, etc).

Algorithm of return:

  1. Please text or call our team to coordinate a method of return and refund.
  2. Fill in a Return Application (printed or handwritten) at our store or attach it to the return shipment.
  3. Please send your item by Nova Poshta’s service. Indicate the seller for paying shipment fees if you are returning because of our fault, or pay for shipment by yourself if you are returning items for other reasons.
  4. As soon as we receive the returned items, the refund will be processed within 15 minutes to 3 days. If you are processing a return in our physical store, a refund will be made instantly in cash or through a payment terminal.
